These Terms and Conditions govern your use of CBS Services, LLC, Doing Business As (DBA) Thoughtly services, including our website, subscription services, SMS communications, and email communications. By using Thoughtly services or opting into communications from Thoughtly, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Thoughtly provides relationship reminder and communication support services. Users may receive SMS and email messages based on their selected preferences, subscription settings, account activity, and communication choices.
Messages may include relationship reminders, thoughtful message prompts, service notifications, account updates, support-related information, and promotional or marketing communications where permitted by user consent.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you authorize Thoughtly and CBS Services, LLC to send SMS messages to the mobile number provided.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to use the SMS service.
SMS opt-in may occur through website forms, subscription forms, account settings, checkout pages, or other approved consent mechanisms.
Message frequency may vary based on your subscription, reminder settings, account activity, and communication preferences. Depending on your selected service, you may receive messages once or twice as subscribed, or at other intervals chosen by you.
Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent to you from us and to messages you send to us. Please contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
All payments made to Thoughtly and CBS Services, LLC are final and non-refundable. By purchasing or subscribing to Thoughtly services, you acknowledge and agree that subscription fees, monthly charges, annual charges, setup fees, and any other payments are not eligible for refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements, except where required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not refund payments already made. After cancellation, you may continue to have access to the service through the end of your current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated.
Free trials, promotional offers, and discounted subscriptions may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of signup.
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from Thoughtly. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

After opting out, you may rejoin the SMS program by opting in again through the same method used to enroll originally, or through another approved Thoughtly opt-in method.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your use of Thoughtly services and SMS communications is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Thoughtly does not sell or share SMS opt-in data or SMS consent information for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Thoughtly services after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
